Cancellations​

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, or you will be charged a penalty fee. The penalty fee is equal to one (1) nights stay of the guests' previously agreed upon rate. However, this policy can be flexible given extenuating circumstances (ex: weather). Guests are encouraged to contact us as soon as plans change so appropriate accommodations can be decided upon.
